Characteristics of Angiosperms:
Angiosperms have seeds that are enclosed in a fruit. They have flowers at some stage of there life. They are classified by seed type into two different classifications known as monocots and dicots.
Animals Role In Pollination & Seed Dispersal:
Animals help with the pollination of the flowers. The nectar and the fruits attract the animals. The nectar encourages animals to pollinate and the fruit encourages the animals to eat and disperse the seeds. That makes it a more efficient pollination the cones that are more random.
Animals such as birds, butterflies, moths, bees, beetles, wasps, bats, and flies, typically pollinate. This is a mutualistic relationship where both the plant and the pollinator(s) benefit each other. The plant gets pollinate and the animal gets nectar as food. As well the animal eats the fruit and the animal disperses the fruit. That way both the plant and the animal benefit.
